3. Services Simplified HR Co. provides fractional HR support and consulting services for small businesses. All services are subject to agreements that may be separate from these Terms and include specific terms of service and payment.
4. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simplified HR Co. shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this Site or from any information, services, or content provided.

REVENUE GENERATING TEAMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By purchasing and accessing Revenue Generating Teams, our online training program (“Program”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.
2. COURSE DELIVERABLES
The Program includes:

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content as necessary.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
We collect personal information necessary for processing payments and providing access to the Program.
Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
4. PAYMENT TERMS & ACCESS
The full payment or an agreed-upon installment plan must be completed to gain access to the Program.
If you default on any payment, access to the Program will be immediately revoked until payment is restored.
No refunds will be provided for non-payment or removal due to payment default.
5. NO REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of the Program, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted.
If you experience technical difficulties, please contact support for assistance.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel future payments with a minimum of 30 days notice, received and confirmed no later than 30 days before your next payment, but no refunds will be issued for previous payments.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program for violations of these Terms.
7. NO MASTER RESELL RIGHTS
You do not have the right to resell, redistribute, or offer the Program or any of its materials as part of another training.
Unauthorized resale or distribution may result in legal action.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the Program, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, templates, and guides, is the intellectual property of Simplified Human Resources, LLC.
You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute any part of the Program without written permission.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for failure to provide the Program due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
10. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Simplified Human Resources, LLC.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Program.
13. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
14. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms to any third party without prior written consent.
15. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simplified Human Resources, LLC and Lori Wimmer from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your participation in the Program.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Virginia.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
